Stenbock House, Tallinn, on 4 May 2004 - Kyllike Sillaste-Elling, who has been on child care leave since November last year, resumes the office of Foreign Adviser to the Prime Minister.
Kyllike Sillaste-Elling was born in 1971. Kyllike Sillaste-Elling defended her bachelor´s degree in history in 1993 (McGill University in Montreal) and her master´s degree in political science in 1995 (London School of Economics and Political Science).
Kyllike Sillaste-Elling worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1996, both as Director of the European Union Department and Director-General of the Policy Planning Department. During the last year, Kyllike Sillaste-Elling worked as Director of the Minister´s Chancellery. In the years 1999-2002, she was employed in the Republic of Estonia Embassy in London. Elling assumed the office of Foreign Advisor to the Prime Minister on 17 April 2003.
Andrus Normet, an official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs substituted for Elling during her child care leave.
