Prime Minister Jüri Ratas offers his condolences to the people of Spain after the terror attack in Barcelona.
"I harshly condemn this brutal attack, this is an attack against our common values," Prime Minister Ratas said. "I offer my sincere condolences to all the victims, their loved ones and the people of Spain."
