Minister of the Environment Siim Kiisler

Siim Kiisler is Minister of the Environment of the Republic of Estonia as of 12 June 2017. He is a member of the Pro Patria and Res Publica Union.

  • From 2015-2017, Siim Kiisler was a member of the 13th composition of the Riigikogu and Chairman of the Constitutional Committee.
  • From 2014-2015, he was a member of the 12th composition of the Riigikogu.
  • From 2008-2014, Siim Kiisler was Minister of Regional Affairs, and from 2007-2008 he was Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
  • From 2003–2005 and from 2006–2007, he was a member of the 10th composition of the Riigikogu.
  • From 1999–2001, Siim Kiisler worked as the City District Elder of Tallinn City Centre, and from 1995–2003 he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Glacier Eesti AS.
  • He is a member of Fraternitas Liviensis Fraternity.
  • Siim Kiisler, who was born on 6 November 1965 in Tallinn, is a graduate of Tallinn Secondary School No. 2. Siim Kiisler received his graduate degree from Tallinn University of Technology in 1991.
